My qualifications

Ariane Schrader, owner/ MD of MC , has more than 20 years of professional experience in the areas of top management strategy consulting (McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group), consumer goods and technology (Vice President positions at Beiersdorf and Xing) as well as management diagnostics and executive coaching. As a qualified psychologist and neuroscientist, she has the necessary specialist knowledge, which she combines with her many years of management experience. Not only is she passionate about working with management teams on the development of strategies, corporate values and competency models, her great curiosity about other people is also aroused every time she deals with a candidate's potential as part of an assessment process, or when she facilitates the development of a coachee as part of executive coaching. She is a certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Depending on the question, Ariane Schrader works with a number of other qualified coaches and consultants with appropriate training.
